A day filled by God love.

Once again, please forgive me people that I took so long to update my blog. I have been kind of busy as my status is different now. Wakakakakakaka!! Anyway... Just wanna share how great God is to me.

Before I went to work, I always pray to prepare myself to bring good "ISO compliance" (lol!!) service to customer and today, God put me to the test. As usual, I went to get my drug (coffee) before going to work. As I stepped in to my outlet, my boss told me that they lag of manpower as two of my friend didn't turn out for work. So I tell myself to prepare for the worse tonight.

Was kind of good initially as not much customer were there. Things got tougher about 1900++. Suddenly a lot of customers came. If you are in this line before, you should know that it's very irritating that when you have something in mind to do like cleaning and preparing the table for other customers who were waiting at the entrance , those other customers keep asking ya to check their orders, refill drinks, take theirs orders etc. Of course you have to serve them but on the other hand, those customers who waiting will be angry asking why we didn't clear the tables for them?

This was what happen to me just now as I was placing an orders from a customer, some uncle who are waiting at the entrance came to me and ask me. "How long do we have to wait to get a sit?" He was quite piss by the way. And this is the part where my prayer was put to the test. I always prayed that God will fill me with His love that His love can flow though me as I serve the customers. I wanna do a good job as it is written in the Bible :

Colossians 3 : 23 - 24 (NLT)
Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather then people. Remember that the Lord will give you an inheritance as your reward, and that the Master you are serving is Christ.

This verse is really hard to obey as I'm assuming that no one like to work. ( Kallang and HuiPing : "Amen!!!") Especially in area you have no interest in. So as I was handling that customer, usually I'll be very piss as he is rude and demanding and from thereafter, I suddenly be in a very bad mood even as I serve the others. But... I just felt that God love just flooded me. For some reason, I'm able to reply him nicely. (Although I did told him a lie to cover myself and my manager. Oh! By the way, my manager was piss with the same same customers too! lol! Oh Lord, please forgive me!) Not only that, if it is the usual me just now. I be very piss as others customer keep asking me to do things when I'm busy. But... I didn't got upset. I just keep smiling and serve them in a nicely. I really surprised myself! Where do I get such patience and love from? It's is no one other then Jesus, my Lord and my God!

Just wanna take this time to encourage you people who are working out there!! Do ya best for God and God will honor ya!!! Please pray for me also that I'll have such attitude as I start working full time!! Thanx people!!!
